Sanjay Patel
Chairman & CEO
Sanjay Patel is the founder of MHG Hotels, LLC and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, directing the company’s development, operations and investments through senior management. Under his vision and leadership, MHG has experienced substantial, positive growth. MHG has received numerous recognitions, including Fairfield Inn by Marriott Platinum and hotel of the Year Awards. Mr. Patel has served on a wide variety of boards and committees.
Mr. Patel, a native of India, came to the Unites States in 1986. He acquired his first hotel in 1991. Since that time he has built and developed 40 hotels throughout the nation, with more projects in the works each day.
Mr. Patel continues to lead MHG with integrity, ambition, and enthusiasm. These qualities lead to the development and successful operations of MHG.
Mr. Patel is married to Ranjan Patel and their sons Hiren and Neal work with them in the business. In addition to the enjoyment he receives from his family and the hospitality industry, Mr. Patel also enjoys running mini-marathons, reading, golfing, fishing, hiking – climbing the Continental Divide was a bucket list event!
Neal Patel
President
Neal Patel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University and is responsible for securing financing for new MHG development projects, including hotels, apartments and self-storage facilities.
He assists with the development process of new construction and acquisitions for the company. Neal enjoys taking his sports car to rally events, playing basketball and spending time with his wife Brijal and their daughter.
Hiren Patel
Vice President
Hiren serves as President of MHG Apartments, a subsidiary of MHG Hotels, LLC. His primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of new development and acquisitions for MHG and its subsidiaries, with a focus on MHG Apartments. He works to secure premium locations in high barrier-to-entry markets and ensuring feasibility of providing a luxury product at a competitive price point that results in high returns. Hiren also plays a key role in the renovation process for MHG’s current portfolio. Hiren graduated from Indiana University prior to joining MHG in 2012.
Hiren enjoys hiking, traveling the world and experiencing new cultures. He’s a huge Indianapolis Colts fan and he and wife Sonal love being parents to their daughter Naiya and son Ayden.
Damien Brown
Senior Project Manager
Damien Brown holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from Florida A&M University and is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations for Letap Development. Letap Development projects, including hotels, apartments, and self-storage facilities. Damien joined Letap Development in August of 2020, and brings more than 20 years of construction experience which includes residential, industrial, and commercial.
Damien enjoys helping people and does a lot of volunteer work in his community. He loves producing music, traveling with his family, and experiencing new cultures. He’s a huge Las Vegas Raiders fan and his prized possession is a 1994 Toyota Supra that was gifted to him in high school from his mother. He prides himself on being honest and direct.
Robert Stewart
Superintendent
Robert Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Central Missouri State University, now known as the University of Central Missouri. Throughout his college years, he actively participated in football for the Mules, dedicating four years to the sport. Beyond academics and athletics, Robert finds joy in engaging in various leisure activities such as playing pool, golf, and swimming. He also cherishes quality time spent with his beautiful 10-year-old daughter, as well as family dinners. An avid sports enthusiast, Robert particularly relishes watching a wide range of sports, with a special fondness for the reigning Super Bowl Champions, the Kansas City Chiefs. Demonstrating his versatility, Robert transitioned to the construction industry, accumulating 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Joining LETAP Development on February 7th, 2022, he considers himself extremely fortunate and grateful to be a valued member of the LETAP family.
Jody Cotton
Superintendent
Jody Cotton, a resident of Harrisonville, Missouri, shares his home with his daughter, granddaughter, and two lively pets, Luna the cat and River the dog. In his spare time, Jody enjoys golfing, deer hunting with a bow and rifle, and target shooting with his pistols. He also finds solace in reading books.
Jody's passion for construction began at a young age, working alongside his father in house framing during summers and school breaks. As he grew older, his responsibilities expanded, and he eventually became a skilled superintendent in commercial construction. Jody takes pride in his work, enjoying the process of creating spaces for people to work, live, and raise their families.
Zach Powers
Assistant Project Manager
Zach Powers graduated from Indiana University (GO HOOSIERS!) in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor from the Kelley School of Business in small business management and entrepreneurship. Zach joined the Letap team in August of 2022. Prior to joining the team, Zach managed several national programs for Tractor Supply Co. as well as national projects for Costco Wholesale. Zach is a very driven individual, his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done helps him achieve his goals at work and in his personal life.
When Zach is not working, he spends most of his free time with his friends and family. A few of his favorite hobbies include watching sports, playing basketball, traveling, BBQ-ing, and working with his girlfriend on projects around their home. Zach and his girlfriend live in Indianapolis with their two cats, Rick and Gordy, and two dogs, Penny and Zoee.
Tiffany Sizemore
Assistant Project Manager
Tiffany Sizemore joined Letap Construction with 13 years of residential construction experience under her belt. Prior to her role at Letap, she worked at Lennar Homes, where she specialized in permitting, sales contract review, and accounting. Additionally, Tiffany gained valuable experience at Stoeppelwerth Engineering, where she focused on scheduling and data entry before transitioning to Letap.
Born in Cleveland, OH, Tiffany relocated to Indianapolis at the age of three and grew up on the Southeast side of the city. She completed her education at Emmerich Manual High School and excelled academically, earning the distinction of Valedictorian for Medical Assistant at a trade school.
Tiffany is happily married and the proud mother of three children. Her eldest child will celebrate their 12th birthday in July, while she has a set of twins who are six years old. Recently, Tiffany and her family made a move from the Southside of Indianapolis to Camby, IN, where they now reside in a home situated on six acres.
When Tiffany is not immersed in her work, she dedicates her time to her children's extracurricular activities, such as soccer and dance. Any remaining free time she has is cherished with family, and she also has a passion for traveling and exploring new places.
Bryan Elliott
Project Manager
Bryan earned a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Indiana University and spent the last 30 years in the Insurance Restoration side of the Construction Industry. He's helped numerous families and businesses put their properties back together after devastating life events. Bryan joined the Letap team in October of 2022 and is currently overseeing the construction of Letap's first apartment complex.
He enjoys hiking, fishing and scuba diving whenever the opportunity presents itself. Bryan has a beautiful wife Janet, three amazing children, Victoria, Maxwell and Olivia, and their dog Lena. Together they enjoy traveling to WARM destinations and spending time on the water or playing euchre with friends and family.
Dace Keeling
Senior Superintendent
Dace Keeling is a seasoned construction superintendent renowned for his no-nonsense approach and unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch projects. With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the construction industry, Dace has established himself as a respected leader in managing and overseeing a diverse range of construction endeavors. His profound understanding of construction methodologies, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to industry standards ensure that every project under his supervision meets the highest quality benchmarks.
Outside of work, Dace Keeling seeks tranquility and rejuvenation through engaging in serene and peaceful activities. He finds solace in immersing himself in the natural beauty of the outdoors, often indulging in activities such as nature walks, gardening, and birdwatching. These moments allow Dace to unwind and connect with the calming rhythms of nature, providing a much-needed respite from the demands of his professional life. By prioritizing these relaxing and peaceful activities outside of work, Dace Keeling finds the perfect balance between his professional responsibilities and his own well-being, nurturing his mind, body, and spirit in the process.
Brendan Moore
Project Manager
Brendan Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from Purdue University. He currently has 8 years of experience in the construction industry here in Indianapolis after moving from St. Louis in 2015 and has worked on numerous projects including hotels, restaurants, car dealerships, senior living, and municipal construction. Brendan has worked in a variety of roles in the construction industry including as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Estimator. Brendan joined the LETAP team in February of 2022 and is currently overseeing the construction of two self-storage facilities in Kansas City, MO.
In November 2022, Brendan got married to his beautiful wife, Moira. Together, they enjoy taking vacations and hanging out with family and friends. Brendan is a die-hard Purdue men’s basketball fan and enjoys attending every home game. He also is in the process of visiting every MLB stadium, with his current count standing at 11.
Kory Davidson
Superintendent
Kory started in the construction field as a Union Brick mason and after 16 years in the field he decided to earned his associates degree in drafting and design and went on to earn his bachelors in construction management. He is currently in a superintendent's role for Letap Construction; marking his two year anniversary on June 28th. Kory has been charged with managing the day to day onsite activities and subcontractors for renovations, new apartments and storage facilities, as well as being an liaison for the company when dealing with local municipalities. Kory brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry including Quality Assurance.
In his leisure time Kory enjoys working with his hands and is thrilled to go fishing whenever given the chance.
